Precinct Organizer

Our precinct organizing program is an enormous undertaking and we thank you for your willingness to be involved. Please be sure to fill in as much information as possible, and we will be in contact with you very shortly.

Precinct Captain:
Precinct Captains are responsible for the precinct in which they reside; they will recruit Neighborhood Leaders, work with local volunteers, and print walk/phone lists for volunteers to help facilitate our voter identification project.  As Precinct Captain, you will be trained and given access to registered voter data in your precinct.  You should have some computer skills, and you will need access to a computer with internet access and a printer in order to view and print voter lists for your Neighborhood Leaders. 

Neighborhood Leader:
A Neighborhood Leader is any volunteer willing to help the Democratic Party with identifying registered voters in their neighborhood.  We are asking Neighborhood Leaders to call or visit between 25-50 neighbors to determine if they are Democratic, Republican, Independent or Undecided voters.  You will be provided a list of registered voters for your street or neighborhood along with a script for identification.  This list will be provided by your Precinct Captain where available or through the Democratic Party.
