Individual Tickets $70 per person
Tables of 10 $700 each
PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP $2500
GOLD SPONSORSHIP $1500
SILVER SPONSORSHIP $1000
PLATINUM and GOLD sponsors will receive a reserved table for 10, a full page program ad, and acknowledgement during the awards ceremony.
SILVER sponsors will receive a reserved table for 10 and a full page ad in the program.
Tickets and sponsorships are available by contacting the MCDEC at 251-643-1717 or by mail. For mail orders, please print out the form below and remember to include payment. Tickets must be paid in advance and will not be sold at the door.

As in past years, the banquet will have a program and program ads are now available. Interested organizations and individuals may purchase space in the program as follows:
- back cover - $500
- inside front or back cover - $350
- full page - $250
- half page - $175
- quarter page - $100 All advertising must be camera-ready!
