Special Election for SD 22

Democratic Party qualifying for the special election in Senate District 22 is now closed.
A vacancy in Senate District 22 was created when Senator W. H. "Pat" Lindsey passed away.  The Democratic Party Nominee for the Senate District 22 is Representative Mark Keahey (D - 65 - Choctaw, Washington, Clarke).

Special Election Schedule:
GOP ONLY Primary - Tuesday, April 14, 2009.
GOP ONLY Runoff or General - Tuesday, June 2, 2009.
If Runoff occurs, General - Tuesday, July 21, 2009
