Candidate Qualifying Closed
Qualifying for the June 3rd Democratic Party Primary officially closed at 5pm on Friday, April 4, 2008.

2008 Qualified Democratic Candidates
Despite what seemed to be a year with fewer races than average, the Democratic Party has qualified well over 600 Democratic candidates throughout the state. Couple this strong showing of candidates with the national excitement, as well as some very competitive Alabama Congressional races, and it looks to be a huge year for the Democratic Party!
